Ranging in size from 600 to 60,000 square feet, our buildings are home to companies in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, commerce and distribution.

Our spaces are strategically located in Saint-Jérôme's industrial park and along the region's main arteries, offering direct access to Highway 15 for easy logistics and accessibility. A dedicated team oversees the upkeep of our properties, guaranteeing well-maintained, functional spaces.

At Les Entreprises Godard, our team is made up of dedicated professionals committed to providing quality services to our tenants.

Christian Godard

Christian leads Les Entreprises Godard with a modern, dynamic vision, drawing on his solid experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the Saint-Jérôme region. With a bachelor of commerce degree from McGill, he has expanded the company's real estate offering, while remaining actively involved in the community. In 2008, he received the “Jérôme LeGrand” award from the Saint-Jérôme Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in recognition of his many community and financial involvements with local health, education and underprivileged organizations. He was also the first honorary member of the Fondation du Cegep St-Jérôme.

Pierre Marcotte

A commerce graduate from McGill University, Pierre has a solid background in financial management. Having spent 20 years at Panasonic and held the position of Commercial Account Manager at Desjardins, he now oversees the financial health of Les Entreprises Godard. His expertise guarantees rigorous management, contributing to the company's stability and growth.

Nicolas studied business administration at Université Laval and entrepreneurship at McGill University. Before joining Les Entreprises Godard, he enriched his career as Owner Advisor at Tesla and Sales Director at Felino Cars. As building manager, he ensures a high-quality professional environment, meeting the high standards expected by our tenants and reinforcing our reputation in the region.
